But have you ever thought about not getting enough sleep for your body has any side effects on your overall health?  Well not getting seven or fewer hours of sleep regularly led to poor health including physical and mental health issues. It can increase the risk of diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, stroke, poor immune system, obesity, high blood pressure, depression, and the list goes on.

    • So to stay away from these health issues it is advised to take at least 7-8 hours of sleep regularly to live a happier and longer life.

    • Binge drinking is nothing but having 5 and more drinks for men and 4 and more drinks for women on an occasion of 2-3 hours. Many people cannot get rid of the habit of binge drinking despite knowing its side effects. Even once or twice a week, excessive drinking is harmful to your health.
